Service Learming Meeting on Wednesday 05/12/2009

• Took a survey on when we wanted to have the school wide fair
• Talked about possible fundraisers
• Came up with game ideas for the school wide fair
• Assigned roles for the school wide fair
• Finalized the plans and foods for the school wide fair
• Argued on wheither to have a fashion show

During this meeting we discussed where we were having our fair and what we were gonna sale at the schools fair. We havent decided on a specific place in where we are having it but we have options.

Reflect on 2/18/2009

I am in the service learning group Franks For Frankie. So far we have came up with fundraisers so we can raise money so we can have a carnival. We dont know exactly what kind of fundraiser we are goin to go but we have a lot of ideas for the spring . In my group for the carnival I am in charge of asking for hot dog rolls donations so we have rolls for the caqrnival. A problem we encountered was that my group was a little noisy so it took a little while to get out ideas we had for the carnival and each member was assigned something to bring in for the carnival all we need to know is when is the carnival and where exactly it will be held at.
March 4th we will hopefully have all the donations and we will decide on where itr will be and when and we will know what find of fundraiser we will do inside the school and we will have supplies for the fundraiser we will do inside the school.
